No Refunds. All sales are final.
Returns and Exchanges
If you need to return an item for any reason, you must contact me within 7 days of delivery to request approval. Approved returns must be received within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, with no damage, wear, or alterations.
Return Shipping and Costs
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. I am not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments; we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact me immediately with photos of the damage and the packaging. I will review the claim and, if approved, provide instructions for return or replacement. In cases where a replacement is not possible, a partial store credit may be offered at my discretion.
How to Request an Approval
To request return approval, provide your order number, the item name, and a brief reason for the return. I will respond with next steps and the return address if the return is app
